You're Not Short on Ideas. You're Short on Execution Bandwidth.
You know what you need. Another landing page. Updated pitch deck. Social content that doesn't look like it came from a template someone's cousin made in 2019. You just don't have a designer on deck who already knows your brand and can move.
That's the gap a monthly design retainer fills. Permanently.
Stop Starting From Scratch Every Time You Need Something.
Decks. Socials. Sales campaigns. Launch assets.
Whatever's coming up next — I'm already inside your brand and ready to build it.
Dedicated Brand Partner
You work with one designer — me — every single time. No handoffs. No re-briefing. No "let me get you over to someone on my team." I know your brand because I built it with you. That's the point.
Priority Access
Your projects don't sit in a queue behind one-off requests. Retainer clients go first. Always.
Consistent Quality
Professional design + brand consistency + a recognizable presence that actually builds over time. Not just a good deliverable. A system.
Flexible Hours
Your needs shift month to month. Your retainer moves with you. One month it's a deck, the next it's a campaign. The hours flex. The quality doesn't.
No More DIY
Canva templates that totally miss your brand's vibe are quietly costing you. Your business deserves better than "good enough."
Skip the Quotes
No proposals, no waiting, no back-and-forth scoping every time you need a deliverable. You're already in. Just send the brief.
A real creative partnership
Big ideas? Bold moves? You've got a designer who's invested in where your brand is going — not just what's on the brief today.
What retainer partnerships actually look like
They started before
they had revenue.
A founder launching a service-based brand started their retainer before they had revenue. The logic: a brand that looks right from day one doesn't have to earn back credibility it lost in year one.
Every month we built something — packaging comps, investor deck visuals, website sections, email campaigns — without them ever needing to explain who they were.
I already knew.

→ This is what a retainer is actually for. Not catching up. Not reacting. Building — consistently, intentionally, month over month — with a designer who already knows where you're going.

A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING:
- Hours reset every month — but unused hours roll forward month to month, so nothing is wasted.
- Rolled-over hours clear at the end of each calendar quarter (March 31, June 30, September 30, December 31). Use them before the quarter closes.
- Priority service is always included. You skip the line ahead of one-off projects.
- Need more hours mid-month? Additional hours are billed at your package rate in the month they're used. You can't borrow from next month.
- Month-to-month after the first 3 months — this isn't a one-and-done project, it's a creative partnership.
- Need to cancel? 30-day written notice. No drama.
Built for Founders and Startups Who Are Done Winging It.
A monthly design retainer works best when you're in motion. You're building. Iterating. Launching. The design work isn't a one-time project — it's ongoing infrastructure for a brand that's actively growing.
I work with founders and product-focused startups who need a design partner that moves when they do. Not an agency with layers of account managers. Not a freelancer who disappears between projects. One designer. Direct access. Every month.
After 15 years of working with businesses at exactly this stage, here's what I know: the ones who grow fastest aren't the ones who hustle harder on design. They're the ones who stop treating it as a one-off task and start treating it as infrastructure.

What's Actually in a Monthly Design Retainer — And How It Works
Simple. Locked in. No guesswork.
Lock in your monthly minimum
Choose your tier. Your hours are secured for the month.
Send your brief
Each project gets a written brief: copy, images, revision notes, deadlines. All of it upfront.
Small projects go fast
Up to 3 hours of work, 48-hour advance notice. For when you need something turned around quickly.
Large projects get priority
More than 3 hours, 72-hour notice. Still faster than starting from scratch with someone new.
Track hours together
You always know exactly where your monthly hours stand. No surprises on either side.
Renew monthly
Retainers kick in on the first business day of each calendar month. Support is always on.
